Dear PRISM Donor,

We hope this message finds you well. This message is an UPDATE regarding your recent GoFundMe Charity donation to PRISM to help fund our participation in the GALA Festival 2020.

 

As we are sure you will understand, due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, the GALA Board of Directors recently announced that GALA Festival 2020 will be POSTPONED to the summer of 2021. As a result, PRISM has had to make some tough decisions regarding our participation in the Festival.

 

Sadly, due to the cancellation of our 2020 performance season, as well as the uncertainty of when public health safety measures will be lifted, the PRISM Board of Directors have decided to cancel our participation in the GALA Festival at this time.

 

We are reaching out to you to inform you that your recent donation will be FULLY REFUNDED to the same credit/debit card used to make the donation.

 

Please be advised that the refund process can take up to 30 days and will be handled exclusively through the GoFundMe Charity payment processor ("WePay"). If you have not received your refund by July 31, 2020, please contact me directly for assistance.

 

Lastly, PRISM has been working very hard during this shut down to plan for our rescheduled Spring 2020 concert, "Let's Go to the Movies". We will send you confirmation of our new performance date(s) as soon as we are able to make that announcement.
